REGISTRATION is available ONLINE again this year and on the morning of the event


RACE PACKAGE PICK-UP will be available Friday August 27th between 4:30-6:30 pm at Rise Above Fitness (1610 Stadacona Street West). 

  • All race bags will be pre-packaged and labelled with the participants name on it.

  • If participants are unable to pick up packages at this time, they will be available the morning of the event 15 minutes before designated start time.

  • Participants will grab their own bag.



  • All participants must be screened 24 hours prior to the event start time.

  • More updates will be given closer to the race date.


RACE DAY: ***stay tuned for updates***

  • Participants are asked to show up 5-15 minutes before event and no earlier. 

  • Start times are subject to change to meet COVID-19 restriction guidelines. 

  • Participants are asked to social distance (minimum 2 metres apart) before, during and after the event. Wearing a mask is encouraged if you can not maintain social distancing rules.

  • Hand sanitizers will be available and participants are encouraged to use them upon entering and exiting.

  • Signs and arrows will be set up and participants are expected to follow guidelines.

  • Participants are asked to bring their own water as there will no water stations on course.

  • Pre-packaged snack bags and a water bottle will be given to each runner immediately following their finish.
