
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
REGISTRATION is available ONLINE again this year and on the morning of the event.
RACE PACKAGE PICK-UP will be available Friday August 27th between 4:30-6:30 pm at Rise Above Fitness (1610 Stadacona Street West).

All race bags will be pre-packaged and labelled with the participants name on it.

If participants are unable to pick up packages at this time, they will be available the morning of the event 15 minutes before designated start time.

Participants will grab their own bag.
COVID-19 SCREENING

All participants must be screened 24 hours prior to the event start time.

More updates will be given closer to the race date.
RACE DAY:

We will run this event as usual. We encourage everyone to take extra precaution when entering the event site.

Participants are asked to social distance (minimum 2 metres apart) before, during and after the event. Wearing a mask is encouraged if you can not maintain social distancing rules.

Hand sanitizers will be available and participants are encouraged to use them upon entering and exiting.

Signs and arrows will be set up and participants are expected to follow guidelines.

Participants are asked to bring their own water as there will no water stations on course.

Pre-packaged snack bags and a water bottle will be given to each runner immediately following their finish.
